Safe use of vertical lift module system

1- Mechanical safety devices

• Power outage protection: In the event of a power outage, the system should be able to automatically lock to prevent the container from falling freely.

4- Physical protection measures

• Safety doors and safety light curtains: Safety light curtains are installed at the entrance and exit of goods, and maintenance safety doors are installed on the side. The system is only allowed to operate when the safety doors are closed and the light curtains are not obstructed.

5- Operating procedures and training

• Standardized operating procedures: Develop detailed equipment operation manuals, clarify operating steps and precautions.
• Regular training: Regularly train operators to ensure that they understand safe operating procedures.

6- Regular maintenance

• Regular inspection and maintenance: Develop maintenance plans, conduct comprehensive inspections of equipment regularly, and replace worn parts in a timely manner.
